The CRMA position assists in medication administration to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of an RN and works as a direct care staff as assigned and in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines. This is a Per Diem or as needed position.
Experience and Skills
- Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS, DSP, or CNA
- Ability and willingness to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, staff, supervisors, residents and their families
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in the execution of job duties including ability to identify matters which are confidential in nature, and to keep them confidential
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
