Summary:
The Customer Service Representative – Behavioral Health role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers incoming telephone calls, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Four years of prior customer service experience preferred.
