Clerical/Administrative Support

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met. The responsibilities include checking in and taking patients down to the designated waiting rooms. This position schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
