We're seeking a dependable and enthusiastic candidate who can help MaineSpace with it's daily operations.
This is a great position for a college student, retiree, or anybody seeking exciting work experience in a comfortable and friendly office environment. MaineSpace is Maine Owned. Maine Operated. It Matters!
*Responsibilities Include*:
- Evaluate & consult clients with their individual moving and storage needs
- Give tours of the facility with prospective tenants while highlighting our selling-points
- Renting storage units and Penske moving trucks from start to finish
- Ability to write emails, receive sales calls, and record customer data into software
- Monitoring security and activity on the property
*Qualifications*
- Strong interpersonal skills and solutions-oriented attitude
- Reliable by arriving on time for shift, and staying until the end of shift
- Able to work and be productive while alone, and in a team setting
- Capable of lifting 10-30 pounds and able to move Penske trucks within the facility

*HOURS & SCHEDULING NEEDED:
*Saturdays 8:30 am to 7:00 pm with on site lunch break
