Ability to carry a ladder if necessary.
Knowledge of roofing and or sales is preferred, however, will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Run qualified residential roofing leads, generated and set by the company, canvas, quote, and sell roofs and related products to homeowners. Complete Smith Builders Roofing sales presentation at appointments. Process estimates, meet with customers, follow up with customers. Participate in Home Shows and other marketing events. Assist and support company as a team player. Understand and maintain the CRM system through all phases of project management. Attend company sales meetings.
- Communicate with company as a whole: office, production & sales
- Assist and support Sales Manager as a great team-player
- Be flexible and helpful
- Perform any other related sales duties that may come up during the course of a project.
- Pass Steep-Slope Certification & Residential Roof Inspectors Course
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ Years Outside Sales
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary + Commission
- Paid Time Off / Paid Holidays
- Incentive program / Bonus program - No Commission Cap
Schedule: Flexible Schedule. Most appointments booked between 10a-7p Monday - Saturday. Required to work a minimum 2 Saturdays per month
