Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a responsible administrative or reception role
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Strong customer service skills
Proven accuracy with detail-oriented work
Ability to multitask and shift between varying responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Excel data entry required)
Comfort with scanning and other office software systems
Strong focus on data entry and accuracy
