Ideal background. Residential construction experience (PM, estimator or Builder) OR from High-end (real estate, Kitchen, design-build firm). Understands ADU's, New builds, Additions and Renovations. Can speak confidently about cost, feasibility and basic ROI.
No pushy sales. No need to swing a hammer but must have Construction Intelligence. We want someone who is: calm, not aggressive, confident, not cocky, curious(ask questions), Patient, organized and relatable. This is a very successful strategy.
Looking for mid or senior level experience. Has to become a Trusted Advisor, Closer and Brand Ambassador. Long term position preferred.
