Position Overview
We are seeking an early-rising, dependable Breakfast Chef / Baker to lead morning kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in consistency and timing, and has a passion for both classic breakfast cooking and scratch baking.
You will be responsible for preparing daily breakfast service as well as producing fresh baked goods for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute daily breakfast service for guests and staff
• Cook classic breakfast items (eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, etc.) with consistency and quality
• Bake fresh goods daily (muffins, breads, pastries, desserts as needed)
• Ensure breakfast is ready and served on time according to camp schedule
• Set up and break down breakfast service each day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Assist with prep for lunch or dinner service as needed
• Manage breakfast and baking inventory; communicate supply needs
• Uphold a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment

Qualifications
• Previous kitchen experience required; breakfast and/or baking experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and reliability—this role requires early mornings
• Passion for simple, well-executed food and homemade baked goods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
