Who We Are
Ramona’s is a neighborhood sandwich shop in Portland, Maine. Founded in June 2020, Ramona’s is rooted in Philly-inspired food and a straightforward approach to hospitality: make it good, make it consistent, and make people feel welcome. We prioritize quality and execution, but we’re not trying to be flashy about it. We’ve worked hard to create a place that locals can trust for quality breakfast and lunch.
We’re a small, hands-on team that takes pride in what we create and how we support each other. Ramona’s is fast-paced, and the days are busy. What You’ll Do
As a server at Ramona’s, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient daytime operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience. As the primary customer contact and the main coordinator between the kitchen and service line, you help maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy hours. This role sets the tone for every guest who walks in: demonstrating high standards of service, creating a friendly and respectful work environment, and upholding Ramona’s values.

Position Details:
This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage along with participation in an equitable tip pool shared among our service team. Team members also earn paid leave in accordance with the Maine Earned Paid Leave Law and staff dining discounts at both Benny’s and Ramona’s.
