Woodfords Family Services is seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our center-based Community Supports (Expeditions) Program in Westbrook, Maine.
Position Summary
As a DSP, you’ll play a key role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build skills, explore their community, and live independent, fulfilling lives. You’ll spend your days engaging in a variety of fun and meaningful activities—from bowling, to mini golf, to shopping, and more—while helping individuals achieve their personal goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a team-oriented approach, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Opportunity Details
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week - No weekends & paid holidays off!
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am-3:00p; Tuesday & Thursday 8:30a-5:30p
- $17.00-19.00 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license & use of reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification, or successful completion of the full DSP course within 6 months of hire (Employees are paid by Woodfords when attending DSP training)
