We cure and smoke our own meats, bake bread daily, and take pride in doing things the right way!
We’re seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team at our busy restaurant. This is a hands-on role for a cook who takes pride in making people happy.
What You’ll Do:
Set up, maintain, and break down your station for daily service
Take charge of our meat curing program-maple bacon, Canadian bacon, sausages, cured & smoked brisket, and more!
Cook eggs and grill items accurately to temperature and guest specifications
Prepare daily prep lists and execute prep with efficiency and care
Monitor and maintain pars for station items
Execute service pickups with speed and precision
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
Uphold cleanliness and organization in shared kitchen areas
With the restaurant run every day by the chef-owners, you'll learn alongside professional chefs who truly value mentorship.
Qualifications:
Prior line cook experience required; breakfast/brunch and grill experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask during busy service
Clear, professional communication during service
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently when needed
Comfortable with early mornings and standing for extended periods
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: 4-5 days per week, Thursday–Monday, early mornings through mid-afternoon
Hours: approximately 40-50 hours/week (seasonal fluctuations)
Pay: range of $20-25/hourly DOE
Health insurance: eligible for full time employees after 90 days, with company contribution
We are closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays (consistent days off)
