Description:
Looking for people interested in earning some extra cash this spring and summer. It’s per diem work- turning over short term rentals mostly on Sundays but there is some availability Mondays and throughout the week between 11am and 3pm.. Additional work available during the week.
You get paid a fixed rate per job, so depending on how quickly you move, the rate varies between an average of $24 and $30 per hour.
Due to the nature of this job, we are seeking highly dependable individuals. Reliability and detail-orientation are the two most crucial skills.
What the Job Looks Like:
-Quality Control: Observe and report any damage or missing items
-Supply Management: Notify manager what supplies need to be restocked, ie; Lysol, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Hand Soap, towels and other linens
-Guest Readiness: Kitchen and Bathroom cleaning, making beds, vacuuming and mopping
-Scheduling: About a week or two in advance we send job requests for specific dates and time. You have the option to accept or decline these jobs. You are never obligated to accept work. However, if you do accept a job- we are relying on your commitment to follow through.
What we Supply:
-Everything.
-All the cleaning supplies, including latex gloves, if desired
-Clean Linen
