Part-Time Seasonal Cleaner (Short-Term Rentals)

Position Overview
Role: Part-Time Cleaner (Seasonal)
Duration: May 1 – October 1 (We offer flexibility regarding specific start and end dates).
Schedule: Primary days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (15 hours guaranteed). Additional days/hours may be available based on booking volume.
Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Full Turnover Service: Perform deep cleaning of rental units between guest stays, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Linens & Laundry: Stripping beds, laundering linens/towels (on-site or transport as required), and professionally remaking beds.
Staging: Ensuring the property is "guest-ready" by arranging furniture, amenities, and welcome materials according to brand standards.
Supply Management: Monitoring cleaning supplies and guest essentials (toiletries, coffee, etc.) and notifying management when restocks are needed.
Quality Control: Conducting a final walkthrough to ensure no detail is missed and reporting any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
Qualifications
Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that guests appreciate.
Reliability: Punctuality is critical for rental turnovers to ensure guests can check in on time.
Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet, lift laundry bags, and perform active cleaning tasks.
Independence: Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to and from rental locations.
Experience: Prior experience in professional cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
