Composite Technician Lead

- Blue print reading and understanding to take a project from start to finish
- Knowledge of Vacuum Infusion process, Pre-Preg, Wet Lamination, Composite Bonding, Composite Assembly
- Mold preparation consisting of leveling, body working, fairing, spraying gel coats and primers, Gel Coat repair
- Paint and gel coat finishing, wet sanding, buffing
- Operate hand and power tools to assemble, trim and sand composite materials according to specifications.
- Conduct fabrication and manufacturing processes while adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues during production.
- Handle resin materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for daily tasks.
- Operation of forklift while working with in shop environment
