Job Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Support daily kitchen operations for a rotating menu
• Prepare ingredients based on recipes and prep lists
• Safely use kitchen knives and equipment such as a grill, oven, griddle, fryer, high-temp dishwasher
• Ensure proper food temperatures when cooking and storing prepared food
• Label and organize food inventory to ensure high quality and freshness
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with end-of-service clean up
• Share responsibilities such as dishwashing and trash removal
What We’re Looking For
• Previous prep cook and kitchen experience required
• ServSafe Certified preferred, but not required
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Requires the ability to bend, reach, and move safely in a busy kitchen environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: starting at $18-22 per hour / based on experience (plus pooled tips)
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
