This master’s level clinical opportunity offers flexibility of full-time or part-time scheduling, including a competitive compensation package with a growing organization that leads the state in eating disorder, substance use, and co-occurring disorder treatment.
An ideal candidate demonstrates strong professional acumen and strong relational skills, with a solid understanding of the treatment of co-occurring disorders and family systems. This position works closely with clinical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure day-to-day clinical care aligns with agency philosophy and treatment outcome goals.

This position is part time, in office, and hybrid work opportunities.
Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure the day-to-day clinical care is aligned with agency policy and philosophy, this essential contributor will support our strong continuum of care.
Responsibilities include:

Provides individual, group, and family clinical therapy.

Participates in weekly clinical team meetings.

Completes documentation in accordance with agency and licensing standards using the organization’s electronic health record (EHR)

Utilizes approved AI-supported tools to enhance efficiency in documentation, clinical note organization, and administrative workflows, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.

Leverages technology, including AI-assisted platforms, to support timely completion, accuracy, and consistency of clinical documentation.

Applies clinical judgment and critical thinking when using AI tools to ensure documentation reflects individualized, ethical, and evidence-based care.

Develops and maintains positive internal and external professional relationships.

Participates in agency meetings and committees as assigned.

Organizes and prioritizes workload, recognizing both personal capacity and program needs.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field

Clinical Licensure – Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Maine (LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-C, LCPC-C)

Experience working in a clinical setting

Experience in the treatment of co-occurring substance use, eating disorders, and trauma (strong eating disorder experience preferred)

Demonstrated ability to meet documentation requirements with strong clinical writing skills and within required timeframes
The pay range for this role is:
45 - 60 USD per hour(Scarborough)
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
