Masonry Restoration Laborer – Full-Time (40+ Hours/Week)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated laborer to join our masonry restoration construction crew. This is a full-time position with 40+ hours per week and steady work throughout the season. Duties include lifting and moving materials weighing up to 100 lbs, assisting masons and crew members, setting up and cleaning job sites, handling tools and materials, and learning the masonry restoration trade.
Starting pay is $20/hour for applicants with no experience, with experienced candidates earning up to $25/hour based on skills and qualifications. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Employees must either meet at Gardiner Plaza by 6:30 AM or at Colby College in Waterville at 7:00 AM sharp to travel to job sites.
We are a small, tight-knit crew led by a foreman with over 30 years of experience in masonry restoration. We take pride in teaching motivated employees the proper way to perform each task and providing opportunities to grow within the trade. Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are essential. Employees who consistently show up on time, work hard, and learn quickly will have opportunities for pay increases and advancement.
