Who we are:
Electronic Mobility Controls, LLC is an international company based in Augusta, Maine and was founded with the goal of providing individuals with high level disabilities the freedom of mobility via the adaptive driving controls of the AEVIT™ System.
Electronic Mobility Controls is looking to add a Production Technician with a CDL license to our growing team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Drive company tractor/trailer to tradeshows and events, a few times a year.
- Perform manufacturing assembly procedures, following documented policies and procedures.
- Follow documentation and quality control standards for production procedures.
- Collaborate and support installation shop as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid CDL license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of electronics required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude required.
- Fabrication and TIG welding skills are a plus.
- Mental alertness necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
- Exposure to hazards exists with respect to equipment, work areas, tools, and power equipment. Ability to apply required use and safety knowledge.
- Capable of working independently, as well as be a team player.
- Must have the ability to multitask, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
