We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Recruiting team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to attract and select top-tier talent for our organization.
Pay: 45,000 – 65,000
TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for further consideration.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Communicate interview details and gather feedback from interviewers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide updates on application status, and deliver rejection notifications professionally and courteously.
- Utilize our HRIS to track candidate progress, maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, and generate reports on recruitment metrics as needed.
- Assist in identifying and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. This may involve utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to occasionally travel to attend networking and career fairs
- Other duties as assigned.
TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience required.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records and correspondence.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS.
