Customer Service Representative (CSR) I
The Role: A successful Customer Service Representative (CSR) I provides an excellent customer experience from start to finish. CSMs care for our customers by promptly and professionally fielding all forms of customer communication, determining the customer’s needs, and assisting them accordingly. CSRs accurately capture all service and logistical details in order to build and schedule service appointments, keeping our Service Team apprised of all pertinent information. They drive productivity by ensuring routes are efficient and scheduling gaps are always filled in. A successful CSR I is able to utilize our databases, especially our CRM program, Service Titan, in order to support the Service Team and Office in basic projects and process improvements.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, required.
- Minimum 1 year of scheduling and dispatching experience, strongly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and G-Suite, required.
- Proficiency using a CRM program, strongly preferred.
- A growth mindset, excited about learning, required.
- A positive, encouraging, and enthusiastic attitude, required.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Extensive keyboarding
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, occasionally
- Ability to bend and stoop regularly for routine office tasks
