Receptionist/Office Assistant

The Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members and customers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems. (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off - TBD)
Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
