Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Build and Lead a Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales force dedicated to exceeding company revenue goals.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Design and implement robust sales plans to drive new customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Set and Monitor Sales Targets: Establish clear performance metrics and provide continuous coaching to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of repeat business.
Marketing Leadership:
- Create Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, and local events) that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Brand Awareness: Drive efforts to increase brand recognition and establish The Pure Experts as a trusted name in water filtration within the local and regional market.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content (blog posts, emails, ads, and social media) that communicates our value proposition and educates potential customers.
- Track Marketing ROI: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing for higher lead generation and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Align Sales and Marketing Efforts: Work closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between lead generation and conversion activities.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze both sales and marketing data, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the sales team to pursue.
Proof of Success:
- Demonstrate Track Record: Provide proof of your professional accomplishments, backed by solid sales and marketing statistics from previous roles.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in both sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a successful sales and marketing team, while maintaining a positive and ambitious culture.
- Sales Performance: Must provide documented evidence of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a previous role, backed by measurable stats.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media, email marketing) and CRM software.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop creative marketing strategies while maintaining a clear focus on sales goals and revenue growth.
- Ambition and Drive: A self-starter who is excited to build and scale sales and marketing efforts from the ground up.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly and persuasively.
