Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' substance abuse issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Lead group therapy sessions to address addiction-related issues
- Provide clinical counseling and crisis management services
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in recovery
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Valid LADC license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in addiction medicine and counseling techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to substance abuse disorders
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and group therapy sessions
- Strong crisis management skills
- Familiarity with behavioral health coding practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.26 - $21.99 per hour
