In this energetic role, you will be responsible for cleaning windows of all sizes, ensuring a streak-free, spotless finish that enhances the appearance and safety of our clients’ properties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your cleaning skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This is an early start, early finish position with hours typically from 8am-3pm.

Responsibilities

Clean windows of various heights and sizes using appropriate tools and techniques, including squeegees, scrubbers, and cleaning solutions
Operate equipment, such as ladders, safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows on residential and commercial buildings
Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness around work sites, including removing debris and wiping down surfaces
Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment
Conduct quality checks to ensure windows are streak-free and meet company standards for cleanliness
Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or need for replenishment promptly

Experience

Experience working with commercial cleaning projects is highly desirable
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
