Overview
Safeguard Properties is seeking reliable and self-motivated Property Inspectors / Field Inspectors to join our growing vendor network. This role is ideal for individuals interested in home inspection, real estate, or mortgage field services who want flexible, independent work.
As an Independent Contractor, you will complete residential and commercial property inspections, submit reports, and manage work orders using mobile and web-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior property inspections
- Conduct occupancy checks and condition reports
- Take clear, accurate property photos
- Submit inspection reports via mobile apps and web platforms
- Manage and complete field service work orders on time
- Communicate effectively with Safeguard vendor managers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally and complete route-based work
- Smartphone or tablet for reporting
- Basic tools to complete inspections
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Property inspection or home inspection
- Mortgage field services or real estate inspections
- Construction, maintenance, or property preservation
- Route-based or field service roles
Job Type:
Independent Contractor. Earnings are established on a work order basis for a negotiated rate.
