Seeking a Contract Stitcher to work from home. Part time, potentially full time work making assorted canvas bags. Candidate MUST have an Industrial Sewing Machine capable of stitching canvas. A Walking Foot machine is prefferable because of the thickness of the fabric. All materials will be supplied and training as to the construction of goods. Ideally candidates should be within a 30 minute drive from Bridgton, Maine. For convienence of picking up and dropping off of work. Attention to detail is very important, as being mindful of due dates. A lot of jobs are date sensitive for events. Pay will be Piece Work for completed jobs at the end of a work week. On average, Stitchers can make between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour, if not more depending on skill level.
