As a PSS, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for every patient who comes through our doors. What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and support a positive, respectful care experience
- Manage check‑in and check‑out processes
- Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and manage provider calendars
- Verify insurance and update demographic information
- Communicate with patients, families, and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfort working with patients in person and over the phone
- Candidates who enjoy a mix of administrative and patient‑facing work
- Strong computer skills (EPIC experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
