Job Summary:
As a Carpenter at O’s Maine, you’ll oversee remodeling projects from start to finish. This hands-on role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with clients, team members, subcontractors, and suppliers. You’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects, delegating tasks while completing your own work
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors
Ensure timely ordering and quality control of materials
Uphold O’s Maine standards to produce high-quality workmanship
Use Houzz for task lists, photo documentation, and project management
Maintain company vehicles and equipment
Contribute to the improvement of company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum 5 years of construction or remodeling experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to provide 3 professional references
