Durham Community School in RSU5, is in search of a dynamic librarian/media specialist to join our vibrant PK-8 school community. This role involves teaching library and multimedia classes as part of our innovative specials team.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the school library, and ongoing collaboration with school staff to support use of the library to enhance the learning environment across the school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing readers and cultivating joy in the learning process.
Requirements
Must have a valid (071)- Librarian/Media Specialist from the Maine Department of Education.
Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.
