Are you a reliable, hard-working team player looking for a hands-on job with a supportive crew? Portland Mattress Makers is growing, and we’re looking to add a motivated individual to our Production & Delivery Team.
In this dual-role position, you’ll split your time between working in our factory helping to build high-quality mattresses and delivering them to customers as part of our delivery crew. We offer paid, on-the-job training, so no prior experience is necessary - just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the manufacturing of mattresses in our factory
- Load and deliver mattresses to our customers' homes
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy during deliveries
- Work closely with team members to meet production and delivery goals
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting
- Clean, valid driver’s license (box truck driving experience is a plus, but not required)
- Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $24.00/hour – no experience required!
- Earn tips during delivery shifts throughout the week.
- Full-time position with a consistent schedule.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

During our busy season, you may be scheduled for deliveries on one to two Saturdays per month. In return, you’ll receive a weekday off to balance your schedule. While we are not currently making Saturday deliveries, this may resume in the future.
