DUCKFAT on Middle Street was started in 2005 by Food and Wine's Best Chef, James Beard winner and three time Chopped Champion Rob Evans and his wife Nancy Pugh. In 2018 Duckfat's sister location-Duckfat Frites Shack opened on Washington Ave sharing an outdoor beer garden with Oxbow Blending and Bottling. This location houses our production kitchen as well as a food window. DUCKFAT specializes in charcuterie, smoked meats, preservation, fermentation, sandwiches, house-made sodas and our renowned iconic Belgian duck fat fries. We are a diverse company full of opportunity for anyone with experience or willing to learn.
