Dishwasher – Rosemont Headquarters (Part-Time, 24–30 hrs/week)
Our kitchen and bakery teams make fresh, seasonal food every day for our six neighborhood markets, and they can't do it without clean dishes and a clean space. As our Dishwasher, you'll keep production running smoothly and keep HQ safe, sanitary, and in good shape.
What you'll do
Keep the dishes moving: collect used kitchenware, run the dish machine and automatic pot washer, hand-wash items like wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china, and put everything away. Make sure the team always has enough clean pots, pans, and trays, especially at peak times.
Keep HQ clean: clean and sanitize the kitchen, bakery, warehouse, office, and bathrooms. That covers floors (including waxing), dusting, windows, and taking out trash, compost, and recycling.
Deep clean: clean stoves, ovens, workspaces, walk-ins, and shelving. You'll use a pressure washer and an auto-scrub floor machine.
Stay on top of supplies: track cleaning supply inventory and reorder when needed, and help keep ingredient and product inventory organized.
Communicate: report equipment problems, maintenance needs, and inventory discrepancies to the Senior Production Manager (or the Director of Operations for urgent issues).
Follow food safety standards: meet Rosemont's sanitation standards and Maine Department of Health and Agriculture regulations on hygiene, cross-contamination, and safe food handling.

The details
Hours: 24–30 hours per week. Your schedule is set with your department manager.
Location: On-site at Rosemont Headquarters, which isn't open to the public
Environment: Moderate to loud noise. No personal headphones. Some trainings or certifications may be required.
Physical requirements: You'll stand for your whole shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend, twist, squat, and reach.
