Be the first point of contact for Port Resources central office, providing a warm and professional experience for all visitors. Offers administrative support across the organization, welcomes guests, coordinates front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Duties and responsibilities
Provides a professional, polite, and attentive presence for all visitors and employees
Ensures that general office tasks are completed every day, as scheduled.
Provides assistance with trainings and certification records.
Completes clerical duties as requested.
Maintains current knowledge of all necessary office equipment (phones, postage machine, fax machine, etc.)
Understands and follows all agency policies and procedures.
Performs other duties, as requested.
Qualifications
Preference may be given to applicants with experience; however, experience is not required
High school diploma
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Microsoft Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational ability
Strong attention to detail
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to multitask
Aptitude to grow in position and adapt to new tasks as needed
Team player
Must pass a background check
