What you'll do:
As a DA on the weld line, you'll be responsible for sanding and finishing welds to create a smooth, clean surface ready for powder coating. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring our products meet top quality standards and move efficiently through production.
What you need to be successful: *High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year paint prep or bodywork experience preferred.
*Comfortable working in high heat, dust, and chemical environments.
*Strong attention to detail, reliability, and team mindset.
*Ability to wear PPE respirators for extended periods.
*Willing to rotate tasks, work overtime, and pursue additional training.
