MaineHealth is seeking friendly, detail‑oriented Patient Service Representatives to support patient check‑in, scheduling, and registration. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll greet patients, verify insurance, manage appointments, answer phones, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visitor.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and check in patients
- Register and verify insurance information
- Schedule appointments and support clinic workflow
- Answer calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Collect copays and process paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with computers and multitasking
- Healthcare or customer service experience preferred
