Full-time position beginning immediately: Terlingua BBQ TEX-MEX - Southwestern inspired dishes with Mexican influences. Award-winning best Texas BBQ featuring a custom wood smoker operating a made from scratch kitchen.
Terlingua is growing the full-time, year-round line cook team! Weekend availability is required with at a least a 1-year commitment. Please do not apply if you are not able and willing to work on the weekends. Full availability is preferred with no expected vacations longer then 2-weeks within the next 6-months.

As a rapidly growing business, Terlingua needs an individual with solid problem-solving skills, an ability to improvise and multi-task, as well as one who exhibits leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
$21-$23/hr based on experience.
Training hourly rate is $18/hr for a minimum of 16-hours of training prior to starting your agreed upon hourly rate.
